At L.I Flag 4life, our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for boys and girls to enjoy flag football. We aim to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for this fast growing game through our flag program competing in league play.

**Please note teams are eligible to compete in NFL Tournaments and Regional's!**   

While youth participation in sports has declined 13 percent over the last decade, flag football has become one the fastest growing youth sports in the country. In fact, the number of 6-to-12-year-old's playing has increased by 38 percent, to more than 1.5 million, since 2015.The NFL FLAG is leading the way as the largest flag football league in the U.S., with more than 1,800 leagues in 50 states. Are you ready to complete, learn and build your skills in the fastest upcoming sport! 

7-9  boys, girls or co-ed (depending on the number of players enrolled)

10-12 boys or girls league (5th/6th grade)

13-15 boys or girls league (7th/9th grade)

16-18 boys or girls league (10th/12th grade grade)

Registration fee includes the NFL Flag Jersey and NFL Flag Belt.  Players are responsible for mouthpieces and cleats.

Fall Season is 6 games, plus Playoffs/Superbowl

If you are looking for the next level of play, look no further! Our tournament team will be hosting tryouts for the upcoming year! A full commitment will be required! Tournament play will be as follows:

5 Tournaments (one including Nationals in PA)

Spring/Summer/Fall play through NFL Flag league 

Uniforms 

Practice all year around including Winter workouts 

Cost per player $2,400.00 (Monthly payment plan options if needed)

Are you passionate enough about the game and want to coach?! Coach incentives from the league, full commitment required
